Real Estate Agent – Residential Enhancement Specialist Course
This 2 day training is designed to teach real estate agents the basic concepts of interior design, showcasing, staging and enhancement by using home merchandising and design to list and sell more homes. Your Residential Enhancement Specialist (RES) designation will include:
You will learn correct terms and glossary of architecture and interior styles.
You will learn the latest techniques of Feng Shui, space planning,
curb appeal, colorizing, modeling.
Smart, affordable renovation enhancements that bring in the highest return.
You will also have 4 hours of homeowner consultation training in an on site,
real time home setting.
Finally, you are awarded a full year membership into the Real Estate Enhancement Association where you will be listed with all your contact information including the areas that you service.
